Both of our memberships offer comprehensive, personalized facials tailored to your skin’s needs and goals. Whether you’re new to facials or get them on the regular, it’s important to remember your skin is unique to you and is constantly changing, which is why we tailor each treatment to ensure you’re getting what you need, when you need it.
Our Elite Membership takes things a few steps further for your skin concerns, PLUS! offers a little more time for relaxation (60 mins!). It’s perfect for those wanting ultimate rejuvenation combined with complete skin transformation. It also comes with some EXTRA PERKS, such as larger discounts on skincare, and other speciality services. If you’re a PureGlo regular… the savings in the ELITE membership will pay for itself.

We’d love to have you as a member! When you complete your first facial either in person or online, we will sign you up for your membership at the time of payment.

Your card will be auto-charged on the date of sign up every month. Each month you’ll receive one facial benefit, based on the tier of your membership. Your membership will continue month to month, unless cancelled via email.

The goal of our memberships is to keep your skin healthy and glowing which we believe is best maintained on a monthly cadence. At this time we do not have a roll-over or pause option for a month without treatment. We recommend taking advantage of our priority booking or pre-booking whenever possible in order to ensure you can get in for your treatment each billing cycle and to avoid missing a treatment and any associated disappointment.

Absolutely! After the 3-month commitment period, you are free to cancel at any time (though we’d be sad to see you go!). Please note there is also a 30-day cancellation period so you may be charged for 1 more month of membership before your cancellation goes into effect. To cancel, please contact info@pureglo.ca, and we’ll be happy to walk you through the options. If you reactivate your membership in the future another three month commitment will be required.

Memberships are non-transferable, exchangeable or refundable and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

Failure to provide 24-hour notice of appointment cancellation, will forfeit that service for that month.
