Your card will be charged upon sign-up, and then auto-charged on the 1st of every month. Each month you’ll receive one facial benefit, based on the tier of your membership. Your membership will continue month to month, unless cancelled via email.

The goal of our memberships is to keep your skin healthy and glowing which we believe is best maintained on a monthly cadence. At this time we do not have a roll-over or pause option for a month without treatment. We recommend taking advantage of our priority booking or pre-booking whenever possible in order to ensure you can get in for your treatment each billing cycle and to avoid missing a treatment and any associated disappointment.

To give you enough time to see results, our Facial Memberships require a three-month commitment where monthly payments will be automatically withdrawn. Each month, you receive a facial of your choice. You can mix it up month-to-month or do a series of one treatment consecutively, it is up to you! The best part is you save money and get to take advantage of other membership perks and exclusive promotions.

Absolutely! After the 3-month commitment period, you are free to cancel at any time (though we’d be sad to see you go!). Please note there is also a 30-day cancellation period so you may be charged for 1 more month of membership before your cancellation goes into effect. To cancel, please contact info@pureglo.ca, and we’ll be happy to walk you through the options. If you reactivate your membership in the future another three month commitment will be required.
